Our naturally fermented, dry cured Sweet Sopressata is porky, tangy, and speckled with fennel seeds and peppercorns.  Made by our buddy Giacomo down the road in Greensboro, NC using whole muscles from our AWA certified hogs.  This sausage is easy to appreciate and hard to put down, the perfect vehicle for the subtle sweetness and buttery richness of REAL PORK!!!
