 Our naturally fermented, dry cured Spanish Style Chorizo combines the rich, earthy flavors of real pork, spanish paprika and fresh garlic.  Made by our buddy Giacomo down the road in Greensboro, NC using whole muscles from our AWA certified hogs.  Less tangy than our Sopressata, this is our richest and porkiest sausage, good for making paella or eating on its own.
