Our naturally fermented, dry cured Hot Sopressata is porky, tangy, and rounded out by a lingering warmth from cayenne and red chile flakes.  Made by our buddy Giacomo down the road in Greensboro, NC using whole muscles from our AWA certified hogs.  More warm than hot, this sausage brings to mind Calabrian chiles without all the heat.
