Wine & Swine Dinner

Throughout the year, Jay Murrie of Piedmont Wine Imports and Sam Suchoff of Lady Edison (and The Pig) pair a unique wine from a small family farm with locally cured Lady Edison pork charcuterie for their Wine & Swine Box. 

Join them both for a dinner at PiggyBack, our new bar behind The Pig! We will prepare the recipe with the ingredients from the Wine & Swine box plus a special discussion about their collaboration. Sydney Nazerian, sommelier at The Stanbury in Raleigh, will also be joining us to discuss the wines.
